Viaforta parts are manufactured at our production partner’s facility in Istanbul, Türkiye. The rubber compound is mixed there rather than bought in, and monthly capacity is 20,000 units.

Viaforta-branded products are made at our production partner’s facility in Istanbul, Türkiye, under the quality standards and supply arrangement Viaforta sets.
Viaforta is the export and brand company that runs brand management, sales and the export process for those products.
Production is followed against product quality, technical requirements and a sustainable approach to supply.
What capacity is available?
Monthly capacity is 20,000 units across the range. We publish the figure because a number you can plan against is worth more than a reassurance you cannot check.
That number sets what we are able to commit to and when. It covers both ends of what buyers ask for: a first order of a few cartons to test the part is accepted, and a container load is scheduled rather than promised on the spot, because it is planned against the same capacity as every other order.
Twenty thousand units a month is what is available to us, and it is what order dates are planned against. If the volume you need does not fit into a month, we will say so and give you a date — that is more use to you than a reassurance.
Why is mixing the stage that matters?
A rubber compound is a recipe, not a material, and buying it ready-made fixes every choice in that recipe before the part is designed. Mixing it at the facility keeps those choices open — the cure system can be matched to the press actually used, and adhesion between rubber and fabric can be adjusted rather than accepted. It also means traceability runs from the raw material lot to the finished part inside one building.

Prices are quoted in USD, EXW or FOB Istanbul. Freight is arranged separately. Payment by bank transfer or letter of credit against a proforma invoice.
